Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Clients Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the RaDoTech application and related services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Account information, user profiles, RaDoTech measurement history and other information associated with a user’s account are generally retained for as long as the user’s account remains active.
Users may request deletion of their RaDoTech account and the Personal Data associated with it by using the account deletion function available by contacting us at support@radotech.com. A deletion request must be submitted from the email address associated with the account or otherwise verified to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Following a verified account deletion request:
We retain Clients Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the RaDoTech application and related services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Account information, user profiles, RaDoTech measurement history and other information associated with a user’s account are generally retained for as long as the user’s account remains active.
Users may request deletion of their RaDoTech account and the Personal Data associated with it by using the account deletion function available by contacting us at support@radotech.com. A deletion request must be submitted from the email address associated with the account or otherwise verified to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
Following a verified account deletion request:
- the user’s account will be permanently closed;
- users Data associated with the account, including profile information and RaDoTech measurement history, will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized from our active systems within 30 days
- remaining copies stored in encrypted backup systems may be retained for up to 30 days before being automatically overwritten or deleted
We may retain limited information after account deletion when retention is required or permitted for legitimate purposes, including compliance with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations; prevention of fraud or misuse; protection of the security and integrity of the Service; establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; and resolution of disputes. Any such retained information will be limited to what is necessary, protected from unauthorized use, and deleted when the applicable retention period expires.
Information that has been aggregated or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer reasonably identify an individual may be retained for statistical, analytical, research, security, and service-improvement purposes.
Deleting the RaDoTech application from a device does not automatically delete the user’s account or information stored through the Service. Users must use the account deletion function or contact us to request deletion.
